What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ( UK, US, UAE )

Unfortunatly due to the cost of international shipping, we are currently unable to accept returns for orders shipped to the United Kingdom, United States, United Emirates, Hong Kong or Singapore.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs - we will do our best to assist you.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Change of mind
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • International orders
How do I initiate a return?

Contact our customer service at contact@museresidence.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for return. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange an item?

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at contact@museresidence.com.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
